REQUESTING STUDENT RECORDS

Former student records and transcripts can be requested directly from the district by going directly to Records Managment and filling out a student record request

REQUESTING UNOFFICIAl COPIES OF TRANSCRIPTS

Lincoln only has access to information regarding current attending students. 

Current Lincoln Students - an unofficial transcript can be found in StudentVue. Students who need an unofficial transcript (for insurance, college planning or other reasons) can generate an Unofficial Transcript through their StudentVUE account. Go to Course History and then click the blue Unofficial Transcript button. Please see your counselor if you need an official (signed/dated/sealed) transcript for scholarship applications).

Former Lincoln Students you will need to contact Portland Public Schools district office to request Student Records.  There is an online process for the following requests:
